Dr. Alan Shark
DR. ALAN SHARK is the Executive Director of the Public Technology Institute (PTI) since 2004, and also serves as an Associate Professor at the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University. In addition, he is a Course Developer/Instructor at Rutgers University Center for Government Services. PTI is now a divsion of the nonprofit Fusion Learning Partners.
Shark is a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) where heco-chairs the Standing Panel on Technology Leadership.
He is a sought-after keynote speaker, author, and thought-leader regarding technology leadership, policy, and its impact on local, state and Federal government.
