Dr. Alan Shark

DR. ALAN SHARK has been the Executive Director of the Public Technology Institute (PTI) since 2004. He is also an Associate Professor at the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University and a Course Developer/Instructor at Rutgers University Center for Government Services. 

Shark is a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA), where he co-chairs the Standing Panel on Technology Leadership. 

He is a sought-after keynote speaker, author, and thought-leader regarding technology leadership, policy, and its impact on local, state and Federal government. 

I am proud to have been part of the leadership team that created the new on-demand TV series on AI and the Public Sector.
